Karmapa at KTD

An e-book of the 17th Karmapa's 2008 visit to Karma Triyana Dharmachakra

Photos and Design
by Michael & Margaret Erlewine

In May of 2008 Michael Erlewine was asked to be part of a video crew to film the 17th Karmapa's first visit to the United States. A central focus of this visit was His Holiness's return to Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD), the North American seat of the Karmapas, located in the mountains above Woodstock, New York.

Following the visit, Michael put together a 208-page 13" x 11" book of photographs, which was made available in print-on-demand format, each copy costing over $100.

This book is now available in electronic format. Michael says, "I finally have taken the time to make an e-book version of the book for those interested in seeing this marvelous event. Please share it only with those who would be interested in such a special dharma event and who would respect these images." Please contact Michael with any questions you may have at .
