Polly was a true friend over many years, I’m guessing 1979 in Boulder Co. Where she studied Bugaku with Arawana Hayashi. She performed the duet, Nasori with Lee Worley at one of our early (1979?) outdoor midsummer celebrations. I have some photos. She gave me some nice pieces of furniture that have stuck with us through a numbers of moves. More recently I enjoyed a few visits with Polly at her wonderful home in Cape Breton. The one I remember best, she served Bob and I tea and nice snacks in the screened in porch and then went driving around with us for an hour or two showing us the local sights and hotspots of the Margaree Valley. We didn’t particularly keep in touch in between times. I’m glad she had a good rest of her life near family and friends in Vermont. She had a purity, a simplicity of spirit that is rare. She was a treasure. Yeah. Sending Love and All Best Wishes Dear Polly Always
