I had the immense good fortune, in 2019, to be welcomed for a few days in the very special home of Jack-san and Hiromi-san - two courageous warriors. They were days of lively exchanges, great food, and much sweetness. I learned so much from both of them, and from being a fly-on-the-wall during several tea classes, presided by Jack with skiil and humour, and graced by Hiromi''s steadiness and warmth. Go well, Jack. You have a special place in the hearts of all of us whom you taught, touched, and befriended.
