I was so lucky to have John as my MI at a KCL Dathun. He was kind, steady, insightful, and inspiring. I remember one interview when I was full of turbulent emotions and great ideas. "Just trust the outbreath and let the technique do it's work" was John's only comment. He continues to colour my path in Shambhala and I'm ever grateful to him. May he travel well, indeed.
