I have only just stumbled upon hearing that dear Ato has passed 2 years ago. I was fortunate to have worked for him for many years at his home in Cambridge during the late 80s and because of this I had a rare and fortunate opportunity to meet the Dalai Lama! Something that I will never forget. Two very inspiring human beings and treasures, Ato will be greatly missed from this world and my condolences go to his family, albeit quite late sending this message now. I'm sorry I didn't know sooner.
