I lived with Bill at Marpa house around 2016. His parkinson's was in full effect, and he was supposed to be walking with a cain, but I think he didn't like his cain. This meant that from time to time, his legs would give out and he'd crash to the floor. Everyone in the house was obviously concerned about this, and we always tried to convince him to use the damn cain. But he never did. One thing I'll always remember about Bill is how fast he would spring back up when he fell. Almost like he was doing prostrations. No matter how hard he slammed to the ground, he would literally bounce back up, like a rubber ball, or like a little kid, and carry on.
