Carroll Edward Brosius passed away peacefully on Friday January 23th at 1:34 PM surrounded by his wife of 25 years Tamara Magnitsky, daughter Natasha, and a friend at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York. A bout of pneumonia precipitated by a small lung infection brought an end to a more than year long decline in health due to deterioration of his kidneys and liver.
