Lee Weingrad, a student of the Vidyadhara, is the founder and CEO of Surmang Foundation, which operates a health care center in the Surmang area. Since construction was finished on its clinic facilities in 1996, the foundation has treated more than 70,000 patients. They do not charge for their services.
