Matt DiRodio has been a student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche since 1973. He attended the 1978 Vajradhatu Seminary; studied with Ajari Jomyo Tanaka of the Shingon tradition, a Japanese Vajrayana school; and lived at Karmê Chöling from 1979-81 where he designed and installed the Japanese style Rock Garden upon request of VCTR. Matt is a Veteran, a retired physician assistant in emergency medicine of 30 years, and co-founder of The Wisdom Seat in the Mid-Atlantic region https://www.thewisdomseat.org. For many years Matt has been working with students who wish to enter the vajrayana path of VCTR, and endlessly encouraging everyone to sit nyinthun.
